It all began 16 years ago when I found a beat-up and string-less old acoustic guitar my dad had laying around. Not understanding that guitars required proper strings I strung it up with steel wire and began fiddling with chord shapes. After two months of pain and bloody fingers, I guess my parents were inspired by my diligence (or noise) and helped me purchase a used and somewhat working acoustic guitar. As I taught myself how to play on this guitar, I also started tinkering with the mechanics behind it. I experimented with the height of the strings, I fearlessly and stupidly adjusted the truss-rod, I also remember sanding the back of the neck for a better feel.  The same curiosity and perseverance roused by that old acoustic has continued to serve as my muse. Following the muse’s call, I moved to LA and attended and Guitar Craft Academy where I received a degree in Guitar Design and Building. Since graduating back in 2010, Ive toured as a tech for Smashing Pumpkins, Bush, Anthrax, Olivia Rodrigo and many more.
